Emmy Award Nominated costume designer Marion Boyce has joined The Dressmaker to bring 1950s haute couture to country Australia.
Marion recently won the 2014 AACTA Award for Best Costume Design for her work on Miss Fisher’s Murder Mysteries. She was nominated for both the Emmy and Costume Designers Guild Awards for The Starter Wife.
Her spectacular designs for Miss Fisher’s Murder Mysteries are currently on display as part of a special Costume Exhibition currently touring Australia. Her long list of credits include Nightmares and Dreamscapes: From the Stories of Stephen King, The Hollowmen, Salem’s Lot, and Crocodile Dundee in Los Angeles.
